Whilst it is true that the Ukitake family is one of the lower-class aristocratic families it is still to be respected, especially considering that the head of house is one of the oldest Gotei 13 captains there is. Yes the house is open and welcome to most, but please bear in mind that it IS someone's home, thus has some rules that are to be followed.
░BASICS░ ◦common rules and terms
ψ Manners are imperative, be polite to everyone within the house and always use the correct honorifics. (The ONLY exception to this is with Ukitake himself, providing you're not a subordinate you're free to refer to him by Jushiro, or simply 'Ukitake', though even a subordinate may use the latter... He's just that nice~)
ψ PLEASE don't come in with wet and muddy shoes, if they're in this condition take them off and THEN come in, if they're clean then leave them on if you wish. (It would be common manners to take them off no matter what, but this has been left to your digression)
ψ If your name happens to be Toshiro Hitsugaya.... Well then the candy's down the hall on the left, just help yourself and Ukitake will be with you shortly~
ψ There is very much an open door poilcy here, anyone is free to drop in at anytime providing someone is actually in the compound to ensure nothing goes wrong. It doesn't matter what squad you or from, or what your social status is. There are though one or two times that you may not be granted access, there will always be a damn good reason though.
ψ There are very few areas off limits to guests, but there are one or two and you will be asked not to enter said rooms. The doors to these rooms will be locked, it's nothing personal, but everyone has things they' rather few see or know of. Please respect this.
ψ Weapons are a tricky topic, you are ALWAYS expected to be ready for anything, thus we WILL allow for you to bring weapons onto the estate. You may not however draw the weapon without a good cause, you have Ukitake's trust that you will not do anything stupid, don't break that trust.
ψ No swimming in the lake/ponds. Ukitake doesn't want to get up one morning and find you swimming with his fish half-naked, you'll probably give him a heart-attack.
ψ On the topic of fish. Yachiru, as much as you love to thank Jushiro for all the candy he gives you PLEASE do not put Byakuya's Koi in the lake here... Mr Grumpy-Butt is liable to hunt Ukitake down if you do.
ψ Relatively high noise levels are acceptable at certain points during the day, as long as no one who ACTUALLY lives in the grounds is trying to work or rest you may be somewhat louder than normal, we do though ask that you have some common manners and not just yell for the hell of yelling.
░CALL IT HOME░ ◦those staying here for whatever reason
ψ If you genuinely need a safe place to stay then yes, you will be able to take up residence here for as long as you need. You do NOT have to give anything back, a simple thank you will be more than enough. If this is the case then simply ask for permission, or if you've been offered this privilege, then just say yes~ In some cases guests may be here for their own protection, in such times other guests will not be allowed at all. There will also be a restriction on who from any squad (even his own)has the right to enter. This is nothing personal, and Ukitake will have his reasons, just trust him and deal with it. ψ As a guest you have near full privileges to the house, it is in effect your own home for a while, thus you of course have complete access to food and servants. Please though, do respect it as you would your own home, you're here out of the goodness of the family's heart, they do not have to let you stay after all.
