District 80 Zaraki
This is the absolute worst. Souls here live like wild animals and make huts out of the land they walk on. There is no such thing as the law here. Anything goes, and the murder rate is acceptionaly high. While population is low, people will do anything for anything. It is covered by thick forests and high canpies that block out much sunlight. Perhaps the most dangerous place in the Soul Society.
