チームワーク anata wa itsumo hitori nanika to tatakatteru soba ni iru koto shika atashi ni wa dekinai kedo The thirteenth division is the only one to have a specific training grounds, it is likely that at some time or another other squads will want to make use of the area, and whilst this is fine we DO have some rules and terms in regards to the use of it by other squads.
░TERMS░ ◦conditions of use
ψ You may NOT simply turn up and demand use of it, do this and we'll send our meddlesome 3rd seats after you. It will not be appreciated, and nor will it be tolerated, do it and you will very likely be turned away, do it again repeatedly and you may end up with a ban. To gain permission PM either this account, or the one called 'Gearr'.
ψ Once you gain permission you are of course free to turn up for the time you requested, and then train for a full day. During this time we will do our best to leave you to it, but to be aware that there may still be a few members of our division training. You may NOT ask them to leave, or intimidate them in anyway (Yes, this means you Kenpachi, and also you Byakuya), even captains do not have this right. You may respectfully ask them to leave, and for the most part they will comply, on occasion they may not.
ψ Whilst training we ask you not to destroy our grounds, they our OUR base of operation, and you are simply guests. While you are welcome to rough the place up a bit (this is probably unavoidable in many cases) we do expect YOU to fix and/or replace what you break and damage. You are here on the graces of the thirteenth squad, it is a privilege for you to use these grounds, not a right, thus if you act in a neglectful manner you may loos said privilege.
ψ IF you are turned down in your request do not see it as a vendetta being made against you, it is very likely that either we, or another squad, have need for the area. Often a time you'll be asked to pick another date for your session.
ψ In some cases when you request it is VERY possible Ukitake will ask for a joint session with your squad, by no means should you feel obliged to say yes, it will not be held against you if you do not. This will most often be done to try and improve relations between the two squads, or keep an already existing sense of friendship going. In such times, if you have accepted, it is likely one or two more unique events will be planned out for the day. You can be sure that a joint session is unlikely to be dull. Also note, you are free to request such a thing from us, we would more than appreciate it.
