Shifting from what foot to another the soul reaper gave a mild sigh, soooo dull, and tedious, and just... Well dull. Why of all people did he have to do this? Really, he could be doing anything else but this, but hey, that's what being s soul reaper got you at the end of the day, you were always gonna have to kill hollows. He supposed he shouldn't really be that bothered by it, had he been of higher rank he'd have had more to do, and this was just a simple mission. A quick in and out really, kill the hollow and be done with it. Thus far he knew the thing had already killed another soul reaper, but they'd been a rookie, and not he. Of course it should have sprung up warning signs in his head, and to some degree it did, however the effects were nothing like great enough to cause the young noble to drop his lax nature, besides, he really did doubt the captain would be stupid enough to send out someone who wasn't capable of the situation, that alone gave him enough faith the presume that this would indeed be just another cleansing.
Pouncing down from the roof the adornments across him rattled as the metal clinked together. By any stretch they were somewhat of an inconvenience, it made it near impossible for him to sneak up on anything, as long as he didn't have to fight some big ol' hollow that would maul his ass off he was okay. If it came to that, well he was well and truly screwed, there was nothing more to it than that at the end of the day. Hey though, what were the actual chances of that happening? One in far more than he actually cared to count right now, to much effort for a task that simply wasn't worth it. Sighing he could simply rub the back of his head, fingers trailing through black hair, as he walked on, looking for the thing that was the current bane to his idility. Through it all though he simply felt this was dull, until a shop from the corner of his eyes caught his attention. He supposed it was lucky he'd been sent out during the day, had it been night the window display would have been turned off, at which point things would have just sucked.
Cocking his head as some strange cartoon flickered across the screen he tucked his hands up into his sleeves, This was certainly something new to him. Of course he'd seen televisions before, having watched one or two shows at times, but it was still something that fascinated the boys mind. Humans really were pretty badass creatures, unlike soul reapers they didn't have to devote their lives to fighting, and they had these kickass things like microwaves and televisions. Really, soul reapers were meant to be the more advanced race, but who seemed to have the better deal in things, hmmm? Certainly not the ones slogging their asses to keep humanity safe from this threat, that threat, and the kitten stuck up a tree. To be fair he'd have given up all of it to live as a human, such a simple life without any serious complications... But then, what would his family say to that? Pulling himself away from the window he started off through the crowd once more, avoiding the humans walking toward him. They'd be ashamed no doubt, angered by his dishonor. Living his own life would have been fun, there was no doubt, but he knew so well that duty was duty.
As he wove past a human his eyes widened slightly, was that it~? Laughing out he turned slightly, pouncing up onto a roof before flashsteping forward, there was no doubt, that was the pressure of a hollow alright~ A grin plastered across his face a hand dropped onto one of is hilts, if all went well he could be cleared up and back home within the hour... Theeeeen he could get wasted with Kasumi, or even that what's his name lieutenant if he could persuade the workaholic away from his desk... Perhaps that was a losing battle, but hell, no need to give up before he tried, right~?! Smile never falling he slowed to a stop still upon a roof, drawing both blades he scanned around. He presumed the thing was right around here, though he knew well enough that he could have been wrong. “Come out come out wherever you are~” He trilled out, twirling one of his blades as if it were nothing more than a baton. “Be a good little hollow and just let me break your pretty mask, okaaay~?” With a chuckle he cocked his head... He was sure the damn thing was here, but the real question was where. THIS is the start of the side plot Prp for Ani and Crys 8I

Day time, it didn't matter for the hollow. He had abandoned his usual attire, with all the hollow attacks it was easier to snatch a free meal when when they knew you where there. White muzzle tilted upward, inhaling deeply. A twisted grin spread over the mask, the best the solid white would allow. Some one had passed the alley he crouched in, and looked directly at him. After exhaling again, back legs releasing like springs, he launched himself towards them, claws digging into the shoulders and yanking them back into the alley.
"Bad day to be you my friend." Jaws parting wide, rows of sharp fans revealed, the last thing the innocent soul wont see. The same jaws snapped shut on the humans neck, the red fluid shot out and plastered along the mask. Clamping tighter the bone shattered and he ripped a hunk of flesh away. Even more blood poured from the wound as the body dropped to the ground. Most hollows only went for the soul, but why settle for just that? Not far off the exact being he had killed sat, a chain attaching them to their body.
'I-I ... what ...'
The chain began to fade, the soul unable to return to their body. He laughed and crouched, claws scrapping the ground. Pink tongue hanging out, saliva sliding down. But as he stepped over the soul, hovering over them like a vulture over it's prey. A new scent rippled through his nose, a rather tasty one. "Soul reaper ..." He stood up, putting a foot on the souls chest. Shaking his head, spit flying around. "You can wait. Don't run away." He dug his claws into the area around their chain. he could hear a faint squeal as his claws dug in.
He lept towards the wall and scurried along it, as if the wall was just an alteration of the ground. Tail curled a bit as he pulled his head around the corner.
'Be a good little hollow and just let me break your pretty mask, okaaay~?'
He laughed and jumped down, crouching, knuckles scrapping the ground. "Break my mask eh?" Licking the fangs of the mask he hissed a bit. "I would like to see you try." With a bellow he launched forward forward and slashed his claws towards the strange soul reapers mid section. What a treat, dinner and dessert.

"Break my mask eh?"
Cocking his head at the now revealed creature he just grinned at the words it spoke, regarding them as little more than a joke. “Hey you can understand me~!” He patronized, an almost scathing tone being present. “Would you like a cookie? I do believe that's the customary reward for these kinds of things.” As far as humans went it was, he knew well enough that the hollow before him was only interested in his soul. Still though, his regard for matters was hardly all that serious, as was customary. Unless this hollow managed to prove itself to be a threat past what came usually from its kind he'd continue with his irritating little pokes, each of them built around how utterly unprofessional he could be when he so wished. Any usual soul reaper would have immediately tried to dispatched the bloodstained creature, but apparently he fit into the cliché group of 'not like everyone else'... When you considered that it actually seemed rather ironic.. Okay.. Anyway! Details not important, oh so scary hollow important... Yup, obviously it was. Not really... Why did life have to be so cruel, never mind the beast before him, he just wanted his damn well afternoon nap! Eugh.
"I would like to see you try."
A smile tugging at his lips he pushed white bangs from his face before pointing of of his blades at the hollow. “Can't yah just make it easy for me, pretty please?” Twirling the zanpakuto like a baton he placed his other hand on his hip. “I'm asking nicely, come one, work with me here dammit~” Noble, ah, one really would be hard pressed to tell that this rather odd boy was from such a family, he seemed far more like some common roughen that could be found wandering the streets with a black eye after some rather rambunctious bar fight with a friend. If it weren't for the adornments you'd have never been able to guess it. “You know you want to, I'm a busy guy, don't wanna go spending all my time playing around with you, yah know?” He didn't actually. Of course there'd be the whole report thing to do, that'd take liiiike, an hour or so... Then though he'd flee for dear life and be free for the rest of the day to do as he so wished... Which wouldn't actually involve a whole lot of anything in the grand scheme of things, good times really, damn good times. Right now there was this 'big nasty hollow' to deal with though, pft, what a joke~
As the beast leaped forward he drew a blade, quickly dropping it to catch the claws and guard his abdomen. “Daw, does the little kitten want to play? With claws that dull perhaps yarn would be better for you~” Chuckling he drew the other blade, quickly swinging it at the mask to try and shatter it in a swift motion before things could at all progress any further. Despite all the stupidness he wasn't just trying to end this quickly for his own benefit, if this thing continued on its rampage then there was no telling how many people would be hurt, no, it was best to end it now before all else, by nature or not he was indeed a soul reaper, the fact of the matter was that he may as well try and do a relatively decent job of it whilst he was at it. All he had to do was break that china like mask and this would all be over, no strings attached, it could be ended there rather neatly. What a dream that was... Was it not a sad fact though that dreams were whimsical and flitting things? Dreams didn't always come true, especially not those involving hollows.

'Hey you can understand me~!'
His fangs scraped together and he glared. Cocky boy. Claws scraping back a bit the fleshy tongue dragged along the upper row of razor like teeth. The tail dragged along the ground, tip flicking a bit. Despite being a developed hollow, he was still extremely animalistic in nature. That would never leave him unless he became an arrancar, and a hollow as weak as him would never be promised that.
'Would you like a cookie? I do believe that's the customary reward for these kinds of things.'
"Yeh, and I'll roll over and let yah pet me too." Saliva dripping from the canines once more, jaws clamping shut again. "But let's play snack!" Jaws ripping open, bellowing to reveal the second mouth under the mask. A remain of human face sealed away under the mask of sorrow and misery.
'Can't yah just make it easy for me, pretty please?'
He snorted a bit and watched the twirling metalic blade. Glowing spheres of eyes narrowed slightly, tongue darting over fangs once more. "Heh." He was going to attack, and going to use their prized blades. How foolish. A single touch and he would be missing a vital part of many soul reapers strategies. The blade of their very soul.
'I'm asking nicely, come one, work with me here dammit~'
He shuffled to the side, claws scrapping along the ground a bit. Tail flicking back and forth, masked face tilted slightly to the side. "I don't do nice with my food." He snapped his jaws and shook his head, spittle flying, some sticking to his mask and the rest just flying around. He wasn't exactly worried about cleanliness.
'You know you want to, I'm a busy guy, don't wanna go spending all my time playing around with you, yah know?'
"Who says you will?" He intended to end it right here and now, to paint the street with the soul reapers blood and take in his own fill, consuming the sweet soul before it can fade into the surroundings. A feast fit for the devil himself. But it would be fine for just him, but it would never quench his ever growing thirst for more souls.
'Daw, does the little kitten want to play? With claws that dull perhaps yarn would be better for you~'
He grinned as he brought the blade down, as soon as it made contact, that pathetic boy was royally screwed. He forced the one blade away and snapped his other arm up to knock it aside. "Oh what cold blades you have!" He snapped and pushed away. Landing on the ground with a heavy thud, he ripped his claws through the ground, a faint hiss escaping the mask. After an ear peircing shriek he launched for his knees, jaws open wide. Grab one leg and snap the other in his jaws. A simple plan, but then again the simple ones often worked the best.

Oh what to do what to do~? The young girl simply strolled down the streets, looking around boredly at the buildings she passed by. Nothing to do, nothing to do, how boring. A sigh escaped her lips as she clasped her hands behind her back and simply walked around in a ditsy manner. The sight of a shop caught her interest though. With a big grin she ran up to the window and scanned everything that was lined up neatly on the shelves and couldn't help but release an "ooooh" of amazement. But soon enough, her short attention span caused her to skip away again and run up a dog, who's owner let the dark-haired girl pet the dog, receiving friendly licks. She laughed a bit. Ahhh, life was good. Boring as hell, but good~. Standing, Senna brushed off her skirt and continued off down the streets, ignoring people that just looked at her weird. Who the hell cared if they gave her dirty looks. Was it so wrong to be, ya know, happy~?
Her purplish tresses brushed against her faced a slight wind kicked up. That was a pretty strong wind-- She blinked hard and her orange eyes widened slightly. A Hollow? Here? Now? Why? Her brows furrowed as she ran quickly in that direction.
"Excuse me! Sorry!" She yelled out as she shoved and pushed people aside in a rather rude fashion. Well. what was more important? Being courteous or saving lives? The latter of course~
As she got closer, she sensed something-- someone else. Hmmm, another Soul Reaper~? Well, might as well just leave them to their own devices, hm? Well, would it hurt to check it out to? Maybe they'd need some help or something. Yup yup, she decided she was going to be backup today. How wonderful.. Well there was nothing else to do! And of course, slaying Hollows would mean that less people would get hurt, which would mean more people to meet. So far though, she hasn't met someone who didn't think she was utterly strange, or, meet someone she had any interest in. Her attention span... wasn't... the "greatest" either, quickly finding and then loosing interest. Still sprinting, with a flash, she phased out of her gigai, which then proceeded to dissolve into a flurry if colorful maple leaves. Her foot landed on the ground and pressed off to shoot into the air. Oh what a view this was, to be so high, so free... wait, there was a Hollow. Gotta pay attention to that!
With a flashstep, she rocketed threw the air, feeling so light and free. Of only she could stay like this all the time. If only she could feel like this all the time. It was so nice... but then the feeling quickly went away when the Hollow's spiritual pressure ripped through the air and caused her to feel somewhat uneasy. She bolted again with another flashstep. Now now, where were they-- Thereee they weeere~, and it seemed like the Soul Reaper was having a bit of trouble too. Why waste time teasing it? It was just a Hollow. All it wanted was your soul. Now why would you want to joke around with something as stupid as mean as a Hollow? Ah whatever, let the jokester do what he wanted, but when he gets his ass kicked, doooon't come cryin' to her~
"Having a bit of trouble there~?" She chimed. She looked at the Hollow as she landed near where they battled. "Ewww, you're an ugly looking thing~" She didn't care if she pissed either of them off. They were both being stupid. Looking back at the boy she sighed. This guy doesn't look so tough~, pft~" Oh what a carefree lass she was. "Tell ya what, if you can beat this thing in under a minute, I'll leave. If you have trouble, I'll help and I don't care what you say~" A snerk face crept up to her otherwise innocent face.
Indeed, the Hollow was quite an eyesore, but then again, weren't all Hollows? Bah it didn't matter. She waited for the guy to get his act together and respond. She was so unphased by the danger that was probably impended, but she had full confidence that if the situation needed her to be, she would be undefeated. Senna felt like she was on top of the world right now, wait, that's all the time. She always felt like she could take anything on, like life's too short and she needed to take all the risks she needed to, This was one of them. Fighting Hollows was always a risk, but was she worried? Nah, she was a positive gal. A little Hollow like this wasn't about to scare her. Her zanpakuto, Mirokumaru, and herself were ready for whatever was to be thrown. Arrogant? Nah, more like very optimistic~. She had to admit, the Soul Reaper had some whacked up hair going on~...

"Oh what cold blades you have!"
Oh the irony of that fail~ Yes his blades were earthen class, but past this they primarily controlled the magma under it, one of the hottest things there was. His blades were anything but cold. How could a dumb hollow know this though? Really, the thing may have been able to understand what he was saying, but he utterly doubted if it had any comprehension of how what he could do would actually work. As the thing tried to force one of the blades away from him a brow cocked as he swung the other up to slash at the other clawed hand that was no doubt coming in to knock to blade away, pft, laaaaame~ "Cold? Naaaah, you're just to stupid to know what the hell they could do~" It lunged, and he just sighed. Really, reaaaaally? Shaking his head his hair, near enough a mane, shuffled, sticking out at an even more erratic angle than it had been previously. With that he bounced backwards, lashing a blade down to try and strike the top of the thing's mask. Orrrr he would have if the world was a perfect place.
Something coming closer brushed his senses, a soul reaper by the feel of it, but not one he'd ever met before. Alas that was all the laps in a attention was all the thing needed to grab a hold of his leg, thankfully he at least managed to block the thing latching onto him. "Awww man, well that's a drag," he gave a mere sigh. No, this really did kind of suck. Muttering to himself he tried to free up one of his blades to lash the blade down at the things mask, one way or another it was going to need to move, if it didn't mask would go bye bye~ On the other haaand he supposed it could try and throw him, that would be fine too he supposed, whatever came he'd deal with... Except that woman... Nyaaah, that was the one that had put him in this present predicament? Oh for the love of, yeaaah, he knew that was the spiritual pressure from before. Well that was just great, seriously it was, of all the times for someone to push into things. If she'd just stayed out then he wouldn't be in this problem.
"Having a bit of trouble there~?"
Face falling to something very much along the lines of; 'B|', he rolled his eyes. "Well I wasn't until you came waltzing in here~" No, he really hadn't been. Yes he hadn't killed the thing yet, but that didn't auto mean that he had some sort of problem. Rather it was just how he was, putting something off until the very last minute, putting it off until he had no other choice but to deal with it. He'd have been fine without her, but noooo she had to come wandering in here and distract his ass. That's what he got for napping in the 'What not to do when fighting a hollow' lesson... Yeaaaah, his father would have his head if he saw him like this. Oopsies~
"Ewww, you're an ugly looking thing~ This guy doesn't look so tough~, pft~"
Who the hell did she think she was, like, really, come on~! He supposed she was right though the thing didn't really at all look to be that tough, nor did it even feel it. This was a low class hollow, shamed by even the weakest of menos. At the end of the day, but what the hell was this girl doing? People usually didn't just but in when someone else had been sent to do something, huh. Well wasn't she a little oddball, really he couldn't quite believe he hadn't met her before~ Anyway, hollow latched to leg= more important than strange randomly appearing girls. Just as long as there damn well weren't any more of them that he had to watch out for, one was bad enough. More and he'd be in line for like, an early death or something. if he was a religious sort he'd freaking be praying to every god he knew about to refrain from more.
"Tell ya what, if you can beat this thing in under a minute, I'll leave. If you have trouble, I'll help and I don't care what you say~"
Le sigh. "Fiiiiine, whatever~" With a grumble he lifted his blade. Why oh why was he doing thiiiiis. He could be at home... sleeping... doing anything other than this. "Billow out, Musei Sabaku~!" Annnnnd nothing... Okay. Blink once. Blink again. Be sure of what you're seeing... Have the biggest what the fuck moment of your life. "Guuuuuuuys, no time to take a break please!" He snapped out, flailing the free blade around as if it was going to he-- What the shit?! Okay, now that he thought about it he couldn't even feel them in his mind, they'd been their this morning, that damn woman had been scolding him for goofing off. Growling eyes narrowed at the mutt on his leg. "What the fuck did you do!?" He snarled, for once loosing the silly ass persona he had going on. Not amused didn't even begin to sum up what he was thinking and feeling, furious was probably closer to it.

‘Cold? Naaaah, you're just to stupid to know what the hell they could do~’
“Oh I know what they wont be doing.” He darted back before an attack could land, claws digging into the ground to halt his skidding. Tails lashed behind him, a hiss escaping his parted jaws, faint breath rippling through the air.
‘Awww man, well that's a drag,’
The taste of metal had slammed into his tongue as he bit down. Growling he at least kept hold, better than nothing. But his clawed mitt had hit’s its goal. But the boy managed to get a blade free, and with a hiss he jerked on the leg in an attempt to pull him too the ground.
‘Having a bit of trouble there~?’
Eyes darting to the side, he had been so intent on this boy he hadn’t noticed the scrawny girl.
‘Well I wasn't until you came waltzing in here~’
Fur spiking up he growled. “Shut up boy. Now is not the time socialize.” If he didn’t turn his attention back to the fiery tempered hollow, he would get a nice tail in the side. “And you!” He snarled and glared at the girl. “Care to be next?”
‘Ewww, you're an ugly looking thing~ This guy doesn't look so tough~, pft~’
He huffed and his mane bristled even more, glowing eyes seeming to burn in their sockets. With a bellow he tightened his grasp and attempted to launch the boy at her.
‘Tell ya what, if you can beat this thing in under a minute, I'll leave. If you have trouble, I'll help and I don't care what you say~’ ‘Fiiiiine, whatever~’
He snorted and glared, this female was infuriating!
‘Billow out, Musei Sabaku~!’
A faint grin smeared across his mask, a throaty chuckle rippling inside him.
‘Guuuuuuuys, no time to take a break please!’
The chuckle grew too a full out cackle, jaws blown apart and tongue curling against the back of his bottom fangs.
‘What the fuck did you do!?’
Closing his jaws slowly he grinned and narrowed his glowing eyes. “I told you they felt cold.” Putting a clawed mitt over his hole he smirked. “Hollow’s honor, I’m never wrong.” His tails swung behind him before he lifted his claws into the air. “And I always get my mark!” Leaping forward he aimed to grab both blades and kick the soul reaper firmly in the gut. As much as he would love to rip the reaper apart while he was watching, it was much easier when they weren’t squirming.
