In this handbook you will find:
*Basics
- It is mandatory that you are strong! The 11th Division is known for being the most brutal fighting squad in the Gotei 13, so no wimps here. At all! If we find you can't fight to save your life you might as well leave or get beaten until you learn how to fight. Remember every member of the squad represents each other, we will not allow cowards to make Captain Zaraki look bad in any way, even the paper workers in this group are tough as nails!
- Respect ALL members of the squad, from the captain all the way down to the last seat! How will people respect us if we can't even respect ourselves? Respect is another way of power, and if we don't have the best ways of power, then why the hell are we the most powerful squad damnit?! Overall, respect your squad!
- NO KIDO. We don't use those girly methods of fighting, no fairy-like moves or wimpy spells, we use our hands, feet, head and zanpakuto. If you cannot do that, then go over to another squad!
- No one except from the Captain and Lieutenant are allowed to take breaks! If we find anyone slacking, well, just go and look at the punishment section. Being a Soul Reaper means fighting your ass off and doing the very best you can, taking breaks from work isn't in that description!
- Got a problem with someone? Don't whine about it! Deal with it yourself, you think Captain Zaraki wants to know about you and your fellow member squabbling? NO! And if neither of you can deal with it properly, then I guess you will just have to live with it! You shouldn't of started what happened in the first place...
- Follow orders. No question. If it is from Captain Zaraki or the Lieutenant you do what they tell you to. If not them but a higher seated officer, you listen too!
*Consent
- Do not kill anybody without a very very good reason! Sure we like fighting (but if you don't, go somewhere else...) but it doesn't mean we can go about fighting each other, hollows and any threats are much different.
- If you are greatly insulted personally, such as threats and remarks about your family or honor, you may fight. It will be up to you whether you want to kill your opponent or not, just remember, if you face someone on your level or below you and you lose...Expect no one to feel sorry for you.
- As much as it pains us, you cannot go around starting fights, even if you feel it is going to be exciting and tense. But if your lucky and someone attacks you first, feel free to battle to your hearts content! However if you find an opponent that Captain Zaraki is interested in fighting to, it would be of your best interest to let him have the fight. Firstly because he will punish you if you don't, and secondly if the person is powerful enough to interest Captain Zaraki, you might not stand a chance anyway...
*Ranks
- Think you got the requirements to join us? Strong? Powerful? Love fighting? Hate Kido? Then just send an application form of yourself to Captain Zaraki, he will only take a glance at it, then probably give it to me, but that is how it works.
- Once you join the 11th Division you will start from the 20th Seat, from there you can earn higher places in the division. However our strongest and most important members hold the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Seats, therefore meaning, you most likely won't get those positions. Oh and you can't kill people for ranks either...Unless you challenged Captain Zaraki for his place...Which would be a bad idea.
*Training
- When you train, oh and you can train in the 11th Division Barracks or the 13th Division Training ground if you get permission, we forbid the use of Kido, so don't use it! Only use your body and zanpakuto.
- Don't kill anyone in training
- If you wish to train with a specific member, just go ahead and ask them, or if it is the captain you must first make sure you are ready. Then send a special request form (some call it a PM) asking if you can train with him. If Captain Zaraki accepts, then brace yourself...He will not kill you of course, but be ready to be injured and hurting! After all, how will you get stronger if all your training is easy peasy?
- If you get seriously injured, or just want to heal a minor injury, head on over to the 4th Division medical center for healing.
*Duties
- Get stronger! When you can, train. To be the best combat division you must keep getting better!
- Excosizing Hollows, once you break it's mask, it will be cleansed and sent to Hell or the Soul Society. Try not to kill it, unless it is absolutely necessary!
- When in the living world, which at one point alot of Soul Reapers will be sent there at some point in time, you will probably come across whole (also known as a roaming soul) to the Soul Society. To perform a Konso, just tap the soul's head with the bottom of the zanpakuto's hilt and they will be off to the Soul Society where they can lead a better life, and maybe even become a Squad 11 member...But if they were whimpering and looked weak don't tell them about us...
*Punishment
- Depending on what you have done, there are different types of punishments, ranging from minor punishments to major punishments, hopefully you will not get punished. However if you do, here is some info of what could happen to you:
- Your rank could be stripped from you, and you might have to earn your rank again from the bottom. Depending on how serious the offense was, the seat you dropped to can differ.
- Re movement from the division may happen as well, but this must be quite a damn serious offense for this to happen. Doesn't mean it won't happen though, so be careful and stay outta trouble to safely avoid this.
- Execution. Whatever you did so extreme will mark your death. Whether you lended your power to a human, or tried to assassinate Captain Commander himself, your life will end via execution.
