"True ... but if he has them in his grasp, would they be separable? And who first ..."
It was a good question, one she had yet to find the answer to, given time though she would. “That's something we'll have to find out ourselves firsthand.” The problem with doing it that way was very simply that you left yourself more open to mistakes, mistakes that could be all to deadly if you weren't careful on things. This time it was the only way though, neither of them had any prior knowledge in this matter. They'd have to thread on careful feet here, they couldn't much afford to do anything that may lead to failure. His latter question though raised a good point, who indeed, perhaps that was not something to plan for. “'tis not something we can plan for I fear, with this we may be more inclined to simply take who we can get to first.” It was a pain not being able to accurately plan for something, however you could only do the best you could, and in a matter like this a set plan was so very liable to get in the way of things, which was a complication unneeded in these matters. What they needed was for it all to run in a simple yet effective manner, nothing more and nothing less.
"But who better to help the dead, than a dead man?"
Cocking a brow at him she sighed slightly, rough and masculine tones making it seem totally different to what should have come from a woman such as she.“When you get yourself in to deep with your little games don't come running to me.” He could, he always could, they both knew that regardless of the all to serious sounding joke. Even if she wasn't there she was always there for him and willing to help, as it had been for so many years now, they'd been friends since childhood, and there was nothing at all that could change that. “As I've said though, refrain from doing anything rash.” She hoped he'd listen, really, but he was a person of his own, an incredibly stubborn one, someone different in many ways to the man she'd known previously near a hundred years ago. Still though, their bond was near enough the same and he'd always taken in her words, now was unlikely to be any different, but it... Well it was just safer to remind him, even the smartest of people made foolish mistakes that could have easily been avoided if only a slightly different path had been taken.
"Only bloodlust will result. Revenge begets revenge. Killing will only lead to the desire to kill again."
He was right in a manner, but sometimes it was more than necessary to kill another, Aizen was a prime example for instance. He could not be absolved of what he had done, there could be only one fate for him, and by the hands of all he'd hurt it would suffer its full force. “Yes. No good at all will come from any of this tomfoolery.” She spoke firmly, something unlike the odd and rather eccentric woman this feline was at heart. It wasn't unheard of her to act in this way, especially when in her present form, something about it just seemed to stiffen her mannerisms. More than likely it was just an added trick to hide who she really was~ “If left to long no doubt things are going to become rather awkward rather fast, we cannot afford for such behavior to interfere.” Added to that there was no need for more bloodshed than was necessary in things, a world of violence was no world at all. Not one worth living in anyway, people needed at least a trace of peace to prosper, humans and soul reapers alike needed this.
"As always my friend. Just like old times hmm?"
Bowing her head down slightly to let him touch damp fur her tail flicked slightly, an odd grin on her feline features. In an aspect it was indeed, though things that involved this pair always seemed to be like the 'old times' and that was good, something to be content about. In the world there were so many troubles, ones that would be fixed in time, yet for now they existed. Through this so did, as he put it, the old times, the memories, the ability to be content with one's self and the people around you. That was what life was about~ Using the old times to make new that were just as good~ “Just like old times,” she agreed, a humming purr in her chest. Cutting it off sharply though a sly glint came to her eyes. “Now is this any way to treat an old friend~? I mean what, you'd let all your guests sit dripping wet like this? Seriously, it's not like I even have clothes on~” Uncurling her tail from around herself she flicked it out behind her, a comment such as that... Was rather common play from her, disturbing or not. Grinning a toothy grin she just sat there looking up at him. It was indeed just like old times.
